*2: The first year of the survey(WPS2005) included a special survey of the public sector, and 1,905 workplaces were surveyed, but 156 workplaces were not followed up after the first year of the survey, leaving the original sample of 1,749 businesses.

*1 : The first year of the survey(WPS2005) included a special survey of the public sector, and 1,905 workplaces were surveyed, but 156 workplaces were not followed up after the first year of the survey. Therefore, the survey success rate for the WPS2007 panel sample should be calculated for 1,749 workplaces.
*2 : From the sixth year of the survey(WPS2015), some industries (‘educational services’) were dropped from the sample, so the survey success rate for the WPS2015 panel sample has to be calculated for 1,666 workplaces.
