As a cooperative effort between KLI and Seoul National University (SNU), the KLI-SNU Education Program for Leaders of Social Partners is offered exclusively to top managers and executives in both the public and private sector. Sessions are held after work hours once a week over the course of nine months. In addition to regular lectures on labor markets, laws, relations, welfare, and human resource development, there are also special lectures, thesis presentations and defenses, case studies, and opportunities for international training. These sessions contribute to innovations in leadership and cooperative industrial relations, leading to settlements in labor reforms.
