The center conducts research on job creation at the local level. Major agenda in this research include analysis of regional labor markets, evaluation of local policies for job creation, job creation in regional industries, and establishment and support of regional employment strategies. In so doing, the center produces policy materials and contributes to policymaking that will assist local economic development and job creation.
