Summary

■ The "Wage System and Labor Management Survey" has been conducted annually by the KLI since 2016, with the purpose of identifying the current status and changes in wage and salary systems, promotions systems, and performance distribution systems of private companies in Korea to help them manage their wage systems.

■ The 2022 survey was conducted on 1,032 businesses with 100 or more full-time employees, focusing on administrative staff positions, R&D positions, production workers, and service and sales positions.
