This study conducts systematic and comprehensive research and policy evaluation to promote field (workplace) innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), examines domestic and foreign exemplary cases and discovers models, and in parallel with this, it also presents a new policy direction for field (workplace) innovation.
