This study sheds light on various aspects of how to enhance human competitiveness in the manufacturing industry and tries to identify policy issues through a systematic exploration of organizational methods for enhancing the human capabilities of production workers; changes in the utilization of engineers in this transitional era; and cooperation methods between production workers and engineers.
