This research project aims to contribute to a natural and flexible transition of youth employment for the future by preemptively exploring plans for sustainable job creation and improvements for the youth, despite changes in various factors surrounding the youth.

We intend to thoroughly grasp the current situation of youth jobs, evaluate each type of labor market policy and draw improvement measures to create sustainable youth jobs, and discover follow-up research issues and tasks to prepare alternative policy frameworks and contents essential for future job transition.
