Purpose
- This workshop aims to discuss how companies should improve HR management and reconcile interest between labor and management to promote continued employment, as well as the improvement of senior human capital, laws and practices, and effective policies for the elderly at the national level. Participants will also assess the existing systems and policies to foster an environment conducive to longer employment and policy agenda to promote a labor market compatible with the new demographic structure.
