Through analysis and research on wages and employment systems, this center identifies the current status of the nation's wage and employment schemes. It also explores policies and plans for job development, seeks improvements for payment systems, and looks for ways to narrow wage gaps in industry and business. To do so, the center develops performance evaluations for each industry. Once it has completed an evaluation, it issues the information it has gathered to help businesses improve their wage systems.
