This division conducts research on a wide range of topics related to collective or individual industrial relations and labor laws, including: collective bargaining and action, labor management, labor movements, corporate human resource management, worksite wellness, social engagement, and labor politics. The division conducts precise socio-scientific analyses of industrial worksites, integrating concepts of sociology, business administration, law, and economics.
