This project aims to diagnose the competitiveness of various workforces in the manufacturing sector (i.e. engineers, skilled technicians, and on-site supervisors); to identify factors affecting it such as job division and role-setting, communication structure, official education and on-the-job training, incentive structure, and life course and career; and to propose critical measures in terms of corporate strategies, organizational capabilities, infrastructure, government policies, and etc. in order to enhance the workforce competitiveness.
