  • This study aims to clarify different terms used to refer to working hours in order to help induce reasonable decision-making based on fact finding. It also aims to improve the method of calculating hours actually worked, to estimate hours paid for, and to identify the gap between hours actually worked and hours paid for, and to propose measures to reduce the gap.
