    Summary

    Number of the employed in 2017 would increase in the second half of 2017,
    if the economy picks up; however things look gloomy in the first half and
    the unemployment rate will mark all time high since 2002.

    For youth labor market, college graduates actively entered the labor market;
    but both of employed and unemployed increased at the same time due to the economic recession.
    For aged labor market (working population aged 55 and up), many are employed at low-skilled
    and low-waged job such as caregiver and janitor, and this phenomenon keeps up the employment rate so far.
